FAQS
Here you’ll find some of our most frequently asked questions, if you can’t find the answer to your question please contact us and we will help to answer any queries you may have.
Do I need to make an account, register or login to view everything on your website?
>
The short answer is no you don’t, but creating an account allows you to save your favourite bikes. You can view all our listings, tuners and painters, without creating an account.
Do the links in Tuning go directly to their websites?
>
Yes they do, once you click the link, you go directly to them with no input from bikedealer4u.
Where do you get your top 10 information from?
>
We get our information from Amazon, one of the world’s biggest retailers and quite often (but not always) one of the cheapest. They are always updating their stats, so we aim to use this to always bring you the latest information.
Can I advertise my bike using a dealer package as I have more than one to sell?
>
There are different regulations relating to private sellers and dealer sellers. A dealer must by law make it clear that they are a dealer. If you take a dealer package then you will be bound by the laws and potentially taxes associated with being a registered dealer, which may be different and less favourable to being a private seller.
What happens if I haven’t sold my bike at the end of the period?
>
We will send you a reminder allowing you to extend your advertisement if you wish. It could also be worth checking and amending your Ad just to be sure you have put all the relevant information needed to attract a buyer. Remember to write your ad so that it would catch your attention if you were looking for your bike and check the price other similar bikes are advertised for. Unfortunately, many buyers will be tempted by a low priced bargain.
Can I check what my ad will look like before I pay for it?
>
Yes, part of the process will allow you to check your ad before you proceed.
How do I pay for the Advertisement?
>
Once you select pay for your Ad, you will be directed to a secure page to pay by either credit/debit card or using PayPal.
